Purpose: At Varuna Ship Repair and Drydocking Services Inc., we are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality in ship repair, maintenance, and drydocking services. Our focus is to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our clients by ensuring that all our processes align with industry best practices and global maritime standards. Quality is integral to our operations, from initial inspections to project completion.

Scope: This policy applies to all operations at Varuna’s shipyards in Tuzla and Yalova, including ship repair, maintenance, and drydocking services. It involves all employees, contractors, and service providers engaged in these activities.

Main Guidelines:

ISO Compliance: Maintain certification and full compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) to ensure that all quality processes are effectively implemented across all operations.

Customer Focus: Understand and consistently meet the specific needs and expectations of our clients. Ensure that all services provided meet customer requirements for safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly monitoring performance, conducting audits, and seeking feedback from clients. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
